Email us, please.

Our BDD Post

First of all, I want to state that we here at LeMarionette feel horrible for what we are putting our customers through, but I want to say that we are only human, and we understand your frustrations, anger, and so on, moreso than anyone.  One of my top priorities is to get these clothes out, get refunds dealt with, and we can all move on with our lives.

I want to set a few things straight.  When I sold all my Pullips a few months ago, it was due to a family emergency, and all the funds made through it, was used towards that emergency.  Believe me, if I had anything left from it I would have promptly refunded those who asked for it.

Secondly, we have learned from our mistakes and I am sad to say that LeMarionette will not return, and once these are done, I, who once held a wonderful and everlasting love for Pullips (which is what this company was founded on) will leave the community as well. 

The moderator of the BDD community, as well as many others not involved, are personally attacking me, and also spreading lies.  You can ask anyone who bought a doll from me or other items not associated with LM that they recieved that they got it safely (minus two for they are being held for them) and that I don't scam people and I'm not a bad person.   The moderator is also telling me someone is anonymously sending her emails and claiming I never respond.  I have never gotten any emails I haven't responded to, and I would wish to know who this person is so that I may extend my apologies to them, and take care of them promptly. 

I would hope that if anyone has a concern or a problem, anything, that you would email us promptly and not involve other people who will end up not only making things worse, but who are most definitely not associated with us.  The mod of BDD I feel is making things very unfair, is being rude, and making accusations that are not true, but if someone is not getting replies to their emails, I NEED to know who that is.

If you did indeed send an email that I never replied to, I apologize.  I don't know where the moderator is getting these emails, but if you have a concern you need to email me and let me know about it.  I have a refund list going, and I still have the main list of people awaiting their orders.  Please, don't CC these emails to this moderator, she has nothing to do with this business, and I do not trust her, and nor should you.  I'm not demanding you trust us either, but I do hope that you do, and trust that we put a high priority on all of you. 

If an email does not go through and you do not hear from me within that same week, leave me a message here, with your email and I will get back to you.  If you have no recieved any of the mass emails we send, please let me know, and I will forward those to you.

Please try and keep in contact with us.  We try our darndest to keep in contact with you, and we're doing everything we can to put this all behind us and more importantly, make you all happy.  I hope that you don't take to heart what many of those people who had nothing to do with this told you, they are there to cause un-needed drama and make things worse.

Status Update

Greetings from Le Marionette:
We are very sorry that we have not been in better communication with our waiting customers.  We sincerely regret the situation that we have found ourselves in and we assure you we are trying everything we can to resolve this situation that we have unfortunately put you, our customers in.  There is no excuse for the length of time it has taken to complete your orders, and we are aware of how angry some of you are, and again, rightfully so.

EDIT 9/24/07 - You can read older posts concerning LeMarionette, but there is nothing there updated with information.  This post was meant so that you could see http://puchiwonderland.livejournal.com/32762.html <--this post, and possibly older posts as well, since I know only some people who were on my friends list could see them.

There was only one private entry, meant for my friends to see and those few customers on my friends list.  I didn't mean any harm by it, and there is someone out there who wishes to remain anonymous making it out that I am a bad person and saying that I had more than 1 private entry, when I do not.  I also find it rude that this person made snap judgements and decided to relay my private entry to a 2nd party. 

I hope you will understand I mean no harm and I'm working on a solution for everbody.  Thank you.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ.

Hello everyone,

I have an announcement to make on the status of your orders.  Due to personal matters against our control, we have been unable to work further on many if not all of our orders, in a timely manner.  We are trying our hardest to make sure everyone starts to get their orders within the following month, though with the constraint of our schedules at our new job (which requires a very long commute), this cannot be guaranteed.  We completely understand any frustrations and concerns you may have so we sincerely apologise and hope you understand.  We did not expect these delays and with as many orders as we have we will need time and it is limited with our current job situation.  Please bare with us a little longer.  Everyone will get a future coupon should Le Marionette re-open under better circumstances in the future.  We will email you once the orders have been sent.  All orders made are going to be sent out at the same time because this it at our best convienience and makes it easier for us.  Thank you for reading and if you have further questions or concerns please email me at lemarionette at gmail dot com ONLY.  Do not PM me or email me elsewhere as I need to determine who you are based on the emails I have in that gmail account.  We appreciate your business and we're sorry for all the trouble.

Message for our customers waiting on orders.

To all our beloved customers,

I realize there are alot of you wondering where your orders are, and we apologize for the wait.  We're working on finishing all orders ASAP. All our clothing is made to order, and the demand was very high so it's taking a little longer than we expected to finish all the orders.  However it should be sent out very soon and again we sincerely apologize for the delay.  We just got alot more orders than we had anticipated, especially because of our special sale.

We're also currently experiencing internet problems which is why we have been unable to contact our customers and update on our situation until now.

After we've sent out all current orders, we will switch from being made to order to having a stock amount of clothes so that we don't have to keep our customers waiting like this again.   Thank you for understanding and your patience, we love that Le Marionette is becoming so popular. ;)

Hello everyone! We realize shipping has been slow lately and we apologize for those who were waiting for their orders. We've been hard at work on new updates for Le Marionette, in a few days we will have new content and new items for sale. We are also working on getting orders out in a timely fashion.
