First of all, I want to state that we here at LeMarionette feel horrible for what we are putting our customers through, but I want to say that we are only human, and we understand your frustrations, anger, and so on, moreso than anyone. One of my top priorities is to get these clothes out, get refunds dealt with, and we can all move on with our lives.
I want to set a few things straight. When I sold all my Pullips a few months ago, it was due to a family emergency, and all the funds made through it, was used towards that emergency. Believe me, if I had anything left from it I would have promptly refunded those who asked for it.
Secondly, we have learned from our mistakes and I am sad to say that LeMarionette will not return, and once these are done, I, who once held a wonderful and everlasting love for Pullips (which is what this company was founded on) will leave the community as well.
The moderator of the BDD community, as well as many others not involved, are personally attacking me, and also spreading lies. You can ask anyone who bought a doll from me or other items not associated with LM that they recieved that they got it safely (minus two for they are being held for them) and that I don't scam people and I'm not a bad person. The moderator is also telling me someone is anonymously sending her emails and claiming I never respond. I have never gotten any emails I haven't responded to, and I would wish to know who this person is so that I may extend my apologies to them, and take care of them promptly.
I would hope that if anyone has a concern or a problem, anything, that you would email us promptly and not involve other people who will end up not only making things worse, but who are most definitely not associated with us. The mod of BDD I feel is making things very unfair, is being rude, and making accusations that are not true, but if someone is not getting replies to their emails, I NEED to know who that is.
If you did indeed send an email that I never replied to, I apologize. I don't know where the moderator is getting these emails, but if you have a concern you need to email me and let me know about it. I have a refund list going, and I still have the main list of people awaiting their orders. Please, don't CC these emails to this moderator, she has nothing to do with this business, and I do not trust her, and nor should you. I'm not demanding you trust us either, but I do hope that you do, and trust that we put a high priority on all of you.
If an email does not go through and you do not hear from me within that same week, leave me a message here, with your email and I will get back to you. If you have no recieved any of the mass emails we send, please let me know, and I will forward those to you.
Please try and keep in contact with us. We try our darndest to keep in contact with you, and we're doing everything we can to put this all behind us and more importantly, make you all happy. I hope that you don't take to heart what many of those people who had nothing to do with this told you, they are there to cause un-needed drama and make things worse.
